Computer, Office 365, Datis E3, and Credible Logins

Overview

This guide explains how staff log into their computer, email, Office 365, Datis E3, and Credible. Usernames and passwords are standardized across systems for ease of use.

Login Information

1. Computer Login

   • Your computer login is the same as your Credible login.

   • Example: John Smith’s login would be johns.

2. Email / Office 365 Login

   • Your email address is typically: [username]@dlcenters.org.

   • Example: John Smith → johns@dlcenters.org.

   • This email address is also used to log into Microsoft Office 365 and Datis E3.

3. Password Updates

   • After logging into your computer and changing your computer password, the updated password will also apply when logging into Office 365 and Datis E3.

Credible Login

1. Username

   • Same as your computer login.

   • Example: John Smith → johns.

2. Initial Password

   • The initial password for new accounts is: Credible!23.

3. Domain

   • The Credible domain is: DLC.

4. Password Change

   • On first login, you will be prompted to change your Credible password.

   • Follow the on-screen prompts to create a new secure password.

Summary

• Computer Login = Credible Login Username

• Office 365/Datis E3 Login = Email Address (username@dlcenters.org)

• Initial Credible Password = Credible!23 (must be changed on first login)

• Credible Domain = DLC
