Accessing Outlook on Mobile Device

This guide explains how staff can access Microsoft Outlook on their mobile device. Due to organizational policy, access to email may be restricted initially. This article outlines the steps for requesting approval and gaining access.


Steps to Access Outlook

  1. Open the Outlook App

    • Locate the Outlook app on your Home screen and tap to open.

  2. Attempt to Sign In

    • Enter your corporate credentials to sign in.

    • If your access is blocked, a message will appear notifying you that email access is restricted.

  3. Request Approval

    • Contact your supervisor to request approval to access Outlook on your device.

    • Your supervisor will then reach out to HR for approval.

  4. IT Approval

    • Once HR provides approval, your supervisor must forward it to IT.

    • IT will then update your account settings to grant access to Outlook on your mobile device.

  5. Sign In After Approval

    • After IT approval, reopen the Outlook app and sign in with your corporate credentials.

    • Access to email should now be available.
